Services

Individual Therapy

A confidential 50 min. session with the client and therapist. These individual sessions can be scheduled as needed. Individual therapy can allow a safe, neutral, confidential environment for clients.

Group Therapy

A one hour group session with clients that have pre-registered and have been approved by Foundations Counseling LLC.

Parent Education and Coaching

A 50 min. session with parents of clients to process and discuss parenting skills and provide resources and feedback.

Crisis Intervention

Often families find themselves in a crisis with a teenager or family member.  Interventions can assist in giving direction and resources for clients and families.

Vocational Planning and Preparation

A 50 min. session with clients and families to discuss vocational goals and provide resources to better prepare clients for their successful future.

Life Skills Training

Life skills can involve learning to be more independent. Life skills resources and training can be provided to assist clients in a more independent lifestyle.

Social Skills Training

Social skills training involves learning more successful social interactions. Training can include role plays and outings to practice skills.

Chemical Dependency Counseling

Chemical addiction or abuse of any kind can cause serious issues for individuals and families. Assessments and therapy offers interventions for a sober lifestyle. Ongoing support and review can provide support for individuals and families.
